Regular online Rosary group, (NB has now moved to Thursdays) 7:45 – 9pm, litany/reading, prayers, usually some music & praise. Zoom codes from Deacon Brin. On the Last Wednesday of each month, takes place in the Church.

1245 pm – Special mass to celebrate Fr Daniels’ first anniversary of his priestly ordination. Social celebration in the Upper Room, 6pm.

No Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament today (normally Saturdays, 2-4pm for private prayer)

No Confessions, today (normally 3-3:30pm Saturdays)

St Scholastica’s Retreat Open Day. This is a complex of sheltered housing for Catholics over 60 at Princes Risborough. Details from warden Dcn. Sean Duffy, 01844 344437

There is no longer a Vigil Mass of Sunday at 6pm. These were introduced as a temporary measure to relieve pressure on the space-restricted Sunday Masses. We have begun bringing the usual chairs back into use, thus increasing capacity

26th September 2021

The Knights of St Columba are undertaking a 4-mile sponsored walk today to raise funds , half for their general work and half for a selected charity. To support them, please see the forms at the back of the church. Anyone wishing to join them is welcome. Bank and contact details in parish newsletter, see foot of page.

11am Mass will be an Anniversary Mass for Fr Daniel, see above.

6pm Mass will be our Harvest Mass. Offerings of non-perishable goods (cans, packets) for the One Can trust food bank welcome. Garden/allotment produce and perishable goods like bread and biscuits are best delivered direct to their Duke Street depot.

Rosary Group meets in the Church, 7:30pm, open to all

Wycombe Homeless Connection showcase evening – some of our parishioners have been volunteers for this excellent local charity. We have had this message from them :
“I am thrilled to warmly invite you and members of your congregation to join our Wycombe Homeless Connection Annual Showcase 2021 in person!”
We will be looking back at the last year, forward to next, hearing from an invited speaker and there will be a chance to catch up over refreshments which will feel extra-special for us all.

Speaker: We are looking forward to welcoming Jon Kuhrt, who is the Specialist Rough Sleeping Adviser at the government’s Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Jon has worked with people affected by homelessness, addiction and poverty for 25 years. He is a former CEO of West London Mission and as a government adviser he focuses on how faith and community groups can work to reduce rough sleeping
